Bob Thomas has a distinguished career in leadership marked by a strategic focus on team development and operational effectiveness. He is the Founder and CEO of TeamWork Hub, LLC, providing counsel on team dynamics since 2024. Previously, he served as Chief Corporate Procurement & Business Continuity Officer at Feed the Children, leading strategic visioning and strengthening alliances from 2016 to 2024. As Executive Director of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Foundation (2006-2011), he managed operations for over 5,000 legal professionals. At the University of Missouri – Kansas City, he significantly increased athletics program endowments and revenues as Director of Athletics (1999-2006). His tenure at the NCAA (1990-1999) included overseeing legislative self-study initiatives. Bob currently serves on several boards and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas Tech University and has pursued graduate studies in Public Administration at the University of North Texas.
