Courtney Scott brings nearly two decades of experience leading strategic communications, branding, and engagement initiatives in public education. Known for her creative vision and collaborative leadership, she has developed and executed comprehensive communication strategies that elevate district messaging, foster community engagement, and support student success.
With a background in graphic design and digital communications, Courtney blends visual storytelling with data-informed strategies to build strong, authentic connections between schools and their communities. Her work spans creative direction, crisis communication, media relations, marketing, and internal communications—skills she has refined through years of service in both district-level and executive roles.
Courtney was nationally recognized with the 35 Under 35 Leadership Award from the National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA) and is an active member of NSPRA, OKSPRA, the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), and the American Marketing Association (AMA). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma and a master’s degree in Secondary Education from the University of Central Oklahoma.
